Chase Your Digital Dream
• Digital pro Chase Snider is joining the ALSAC/St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital team as Sr. Digital Product Owner, Mobile and Emerging Platforms. In his new role, Snider will work on the digital team at ALSAC, the fundraising arm of the Memphis-based children’s cancer hospital. He will work within the product group to drive brand awareness and digital fundraising results through product innovation and development. Snider has been an avid St. Jude supporter for several years — his recent #ChaseRuns fundraising campaign received widespread attention as he crossed the 500-day mark of consecutively running to raise funds for the organization.
Snider joins St. Jude after a seven-year stint with The E.W. Scripps Company, where he most recently oversaw digital audience and product strategy for the company’s 34-station radio division, including the development and launch of its Alexa and OTT streaming strategy. Snider started as a news reporter for Scripps’ Country KTTS/Springfield, MO before taking on a digital management role for Scripps’ CBS affiliate KMTV/Omaha.
“I could not be more excited to find an opportunity that allows me to take a leap in my career alongside a mission-driven cause that I am incredibly passionate about,” said Snider. “The work being done at St. Jude is changing the way the world thinks about childhood cancer and sets a new standard for creating a culture of compassion. That same spirit extends to the business operations at ALSAC to ensure the hospital has the resources to continue its ground-breaking research and make sure no family pays for treatment, housing or travel for decades to come.” Snider starts his new role in Memphis on August 6. Until then he can be contacted at chase@chasesnider.com.
