iHeart Extends With Ellen K

The nationally syndicated Ellen K Weekend Show is heard on 48 top-rated iHeart stations including: WLTW/New York, WLIT/Chicago, KODA/Houston and KDGE/Dallas. Ellen K’s career has been defined by over two decades of Los Angeles morning rating success, starting as a sidekick to Rick Dees and later, as a co-host with Ryan Seacrest, both on 102.7 KIIS FM.
“Ellen has built one of the most successful and enduring morning shows in the country,” said Paul Corvino, iHeartMedia Regional President. “Her remarkable ability to connect with listeners, combined with her infectious energy and unmistakable voice, has made her one of LA’s most beloved personalities. We are thrilled she’ll continue to wake up Southern California each morning with her authentic style and relatable approach, entertaining and connecting with listeners.”
“I love EVERYTHING about morning radio — from the listeners to our KOST team to the advertising partners,” said Ellen K. “Our connection with listeners is stronger than ever, from the morning show to the weekend show and our new Therapy Thursday podcast, I’m incredibly proud of everything we’ve built together through hard work and creative content, but most importantly, always finding the positive in whatever situation arises. I’m very excited to see what’s next and to be part of the iHeart family for years to come.”
A Radio Hall of Fame inductee and recipient of a Star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, Ellen has also hosted the Hollywood Handprint Ceremonies at the TCL Chinese Theatre. She is the voice of the upcoming iHeartRadio Music Festival on Disney+ and Hulu and has voiced the Grammy Awards on CBS for a decade, as well as the Academy Awards on ABC, the Emmy Awards on NBC and the iHeartRadio Music Awards on Fox. She is currently nominated for the 2026 Marconi Award for Best Major Market Personality.
Ellen serves on the board of Children’s Hospital Los Angeles (CHLA) and Loyola High School of Los Angeles. Her philanthropic leadership and partnership with KOST 103.5 have raised over $4 million for CHLA through its Giving Tuesday campaign, a partnership she returns to again this year in her continued commitment to the hospital’s mission.
