Jade Alexander Puts On A Show

• Cox Media Group Miami announced the formal launch of The Jade Alexander Show on Rhythmic Hot AC WFLC (HITS 97.3), “The Rhythm of Miami.” Alexander has anchored the wake-up shift solo since late January, and now adds the talents of new castmates “Just Ben” Harris and stand-up comedian Brittany Brave. Harris was most recently Executive Producer of Danny Meyers & The G105 Morning Show on iHeartMedia Top 40 WDCG (G105)/Raleigh, and Ms. Brave has been doing part-time on HITS 97.3 since February.

“Things really do happen in three’s,” Alexander said. “Ten months ago, I came back to the building where my radio career began. I also returned to my rhythmic roots, and now it’s full-circle to a local, fun and creative morning show. Get ready for some old school-new vibe entertainment!”

Alexander is a 30-year South Florida media pro who did middays at Audacy Classic Hits WMXJ (102.7 The Beach) from 2016-2019. She previously spent a decade at iHeartMedia Top 40 WHYI (Y-100) and also has a lengthy history as a local Miami television entertainment reporter and news anchor.
