Katie Sommers Comes Home To WFLZ

• Proving that you can go home again… three months after she was caught up in a round of iHeartMedia restructuring, Katie Sommers makes her triumphant return to her former longtime radio home, Top 40 WFLZ (93.3 FLZ)/Tampa, reclaiming her former midday shift and joining the cast of THEjoeSHOW in morning drive alongside Joe, Ashley, and Jed. THEjoeSHOW is also carried in afternoon drive on sister WKQI (Channel 955)/Detroit.

 Sommers notably spent 17 years with WFLZ, rising to MD/middays & Promotions Coordinator, while also tracking numerous iHeart sister stations until her unscheduled departure last October.
