Marie Osbourne Elevated At WJR 760/Detroit

A Detroit native and graduate of the University of Detroit Mercy, half of Osborne’s esteemed 40-year broadcasting career has been spent at WJR. She is a three-time winner of the national Edward R. Murrow Award for excellence in broadcast and digital journalism. She has also earned a national Headliner Award and the Neal Shine Award for Media Commitment to Philanthropy. Osborne is a three-time recipient of the national Women in Communications Awards and has been honored for her work with dozens of awards from the Michigan Association of Broadcasters and the Associated Press.
