Nerf Defies Gravity

It’s always great to hear from Jeb “Call Me Nerf” Freedman, who stays plenty busy in his wide-ranging roles with iHeartMedia Denver as Region VP Events and Strategic Partnerships and PD of Alternative KTCL (Channel 93.3). That being said, however, Nerf did manage to squeeze in a little quality time for some airborne fun with X Ambassadors when they came to town with Weezer to perform at the iconic Red Rocks Amphitheater for the 5th annual Jeep On The Rocks show.

As Nerf explains to RAMP, “Three years ago I started helping book JOTR and it’s been a LOT of fun to work with Jeep, UM and bands like Panic! At The Disco, American Authors, Andrew McMahon In The Wilderness, Bastille and this year, X Ambassadors and Weezer! The camera set-up at the top of the Red Rocks Amphitheatre is a thing Jeep does called ‘The Big Freeze.'” Check out the very cool photo-in-motion posted online.

Pictured, hovering far outside the earth’s gravitational pull, (l-r): X Ambassadors Adam Levin, Sam Harris and Casey Harris and the aforementioned Señor Nerf, who added, “This year’s show sold out in 30 hours! Killer performances from X Ambassadors and Weezer! Looking forward to next year!”
