• RAMP has become aware of more downsizing at Entercom San Diego — the latest casualty is the last man standing in the cluster’s promotions department after the last round of cuts in April — Promotions and Marketing Director Ciro Sepulveda leaves Friday, July 24 after 13 years in the building.
Sepulveda joined the company way back when it was still Jefferson-Pilot, and has rolled with the ownership changes to Lincoln Financial Media and Entercom. More recently, he was overseeing promotions for all five FMs and their HDs — Country KSON, KWFN (97.3 The Fan), AC KyXy, Classic Hits KXSN (Sunny 98.1) and Alternative KBZT (Alt 94/9).
