Rogers & Cowan and PMK*BNC, the two largest and most successful media relations and brand marketing firms in Hollywood announced they are merging, bringing together a massive client roster of more than 500 of the most prominent and influential actors, musicians, producers, directors, content creators and athletes in the world, as well as over 30 major brands, to form the preeminent integrated marketing and communications agency in global entertainment.

The newly combined company will be lead by Chairman Cindi Berger, currently Chairman & CEO of PMK*BNC and CEO Mark Owens, CEO of Rogers & Cowan. “This is a game-changing and transformative moment for our agency, and a move that will create significant value and tremendous opportunities for our company and clients around the world,” said Owens. “I have watched within IPG the great work that our now partners PMK*BNC, under Cindi’s leadership, have accomplished for an incredible list of talent and brand clients, and felt the timing was perfect to align and create an even more compelling offering.”
