Sactown Sports Launches ‘The Drive Guys’

• Bonneville Sports-Talk KHTK-AM (Sactown Sports 1140AM)/Sacramento is proud to announce its new afternoon show — The Drive Guys, featuring the newly minted team of Kevin Gleason and Kyle Draper rolls weekdays from 2-6pm PT, beginning October 4.

Kevin “Whitey” Gleason (left) recently re-joined Sactown Sports in middays, paired with Chris Watkins. He was previously part of the Rise Guys morning show from 1999-2011. He spent the past few years at Audacy’s KGMZ (95.7 The Game)/San Francisco. Kyle Draper (right) is the Sacramento Kings’ Pre-and Post-game host on NBC Sports California and was previously an anchor/host at NBC Sports Boston.

“We are excited to continue to elevate the Sactown Sports brand with the addition of The Drive Guys,” said Steve Cottingim, SVP/Market Manager for Bonneville Sacramento. “Kevin has been a fabric in the Sacramento community for four decades now and pairing him with Kyle Draper who is a familiar voice to our listeners through the Sacramento Kings broadcast just highlights our commitment to Sacramento sports.”

Effective tomorrow, Oct. 4, the Sactown Sports line-up looks like this — 6-10am: The Carmichael Dave Show with Jason Ross; 10am-2pm: Chris Watkins & Co. Show; 2-6pm: The Drive Guys with Kevin Gleason and Kyle Draper.
