• Congrats to Billy Vidal on his promotion to Music Director on Entercom Throwback station KRBQ (Q102.1)/San Francisco. Vidal has been with Q102.1 for over two years and will continue to man the midday shift, weekdays from 10am-2pm and Sundays from 2-5pm. “This decision was very easy for me because Billy is the epitome of a professional whose knowledge of our format is unparalleled,” said Elroy Smith, OM/PD of Entercom San Francisco. “A am excited to continue to watch him grow.”

• JVC Media Country WOTW (103.1 The Wolf)/Orlando just introduced newly minted morning team of MurphDawg & Jenn, as Jenn Lopez joins existing morning host MurphDawg. Lopez, a fashion model and mother of two began her career with The Wolf in 2015 before crossing the street to work for CBS Radio Top 40 WQMP (101.9 AMP Radio) and Hot AC WOMX (Mix 105.1). Now she’s back, and teamed up with Señor Dawg, whose previous stops include WBTS (95.5 The Beat)/Atlanta, WHZT (Hot 98.1)/Greenville, SC and he was PD of JVC sister WPTY (Party 105)/Long Island before transferring to The Wolf when it launched in December 2014.

Lopez said, “I’m so happy to be back with my radio family at 103.1 The Wolf and even more excited to limit Murph’s constant bragging about his hockey skills on air!” MurphDawg retorted, “Jenn brings great energy, excitement, and makes the morning show much better looking!
