The ideal candidate must have a passion for the format, the know how to generate engaging content both on-air and on social media, have strong production skills and be a team player who will step up and help all stations in the cluster as needed. This candidate will also work together with Stephens Media Group Top 40 Format Captain, Tommy Del Rio and local Operations Manager, Kent Jones with all aspects of the station.
