Audacy Launching 97.1 Detroit Sports Radio Network

• Audacy will launch 97.1 Detroit Sports Radio Network, a new, centralized hub for sports fans across Michigan on December 1. WXYT (97.1 The Ticket)/Detroit will serve as the flagship station of the first-of-its-kind statewide platform produced and distributed by Audacy to unite the biggest sports voices, markets, and fans.

The network’s first announced affiliates include Townsquare Media’s 98.7 WFGR/Grand Rapids, 1240 WJIM/Lansing, 95.3 WBCK/Battle Creek, and 1360 WKMI/Kalamazoo, as well as Blarney Stone Broadcasting’s 101.1 WGRY/Roscommon. Additional affiliates will be announced in the upcoming months.
