Audacy Seeks A Talent Coach
• Audacy, Inc. has an immediate opening for a talented, experienced talent coach “for our performers and entertainers. You’ll have an opportunity to work with a variety of targeted sports, talk and music shows throughout the country.” First, a few routine questions: 1) Do you have that rare superpower for working with on air performers? 2) Can you identify what unique qualities drive performers? 3) Can you make a good show, great, and a great show, World Class?
The cool part is, while you will be working with Audacy stations across the country, you will be able to work remotely so long as you’re in a commutable proximity to any of the company’s physical market locations.
Qualifications: Minimum of five years of experience directly working and developing talent — and be able to cite examples; must be self-motivated and possess excellent communication skills; know how to win in the PPM universe. You are a proven great leader and coach that can energize the people they work with; You understand how a “creative” thinks and what they respond to. You must be a great creative resource. Armed with creativity, passion and intelligence. You have a tireless work ethic and uncompromising integrity. Major market experience is preferred but not mandatory.
