B-Dub Named APD/MD Of Seattle’s Bull

• That trade-out cake in the break room of Hubbard Radio Country KNUC (98.9 The Bull)/Seattle signifies something special is happening, and upon further review, we have learned that afternoon driver Bryan “B-Dub” Washington has been promoted to APD/MD of The Bull.

The good news was delivered to the staff in a memo from Brand Content Director Scott Mahalick, which reads, in part, “Dub is very capable in this area, has extensive experience with music and has held a similar position in the past. The contacts and relationships with the music industry are the same for his National show as with The Bull. He has gone way above and beyond with sales and has the most amazing positive attitude. Way to go Dub!!!!”

B-Dub, who also hosts the Skyview Networks-syndicated B-Dub Radio, is certainly no stranger to stripes — prior to joining Seattle’s Bull in April 2020, he was APD/MD/afternoon talent at iHeartMedia Country KWBL (106.7 The Bull)/Denver. Before that he programmed iHeartCountry cousin KBEB (92.5 The Bull)/Sacramento. Washington previously served as APD/MD/afternoon personality on CBS Radio Country KMLE/Phoenix and Alpha Media Country KUPL (98.7 The Bull)/Portland, OR.

Dub can be congratulated at BDub@989Bull.com.
