Bonneville Bay Area Sale To Connoisseur Closed
• It’s a done deal — the sale of KBLX-FM/Berkeley, KMVQ-FM & KOIT-FM/San Francisco, and KUFX-FM/San Jose, CA from Bonneville International Corporation to Connoisseur Media is closed.
The seller, Bonneville International Corporation, is an integrated media and marketing solutions company operating radio and TV stations, local websites, chart-topping podcasts and other digital distribution assets. Headquartered in Salt Lake City, Bonneville is a subsidiary of Deseret Management Corporation.
The buyer, Connoisseur Media, is a Westport, CT-based company headed by Jeff Warshaw, and one of the top 10 radio broadcasters in the U.S.
