Bonneville Puts A Ring On It
• Entercom and Bonneville International make it official and puts their names on the paperwork necessary to formally sell eight Entercom stations in San Francisco and Sacramento to Bonneville for $141 million in cash. Bonneville has been operating the stations under an LMA since late 2017. Now, let’s meet those new Bonneville stations:
San Francisco: AC KOIT, Top 40 KMVQ (99.7 NOW!), Urban AC KBLX and Classic Rock KUFX (98.5 K-Fox).
Sacramento: Hot AC KZZO (Now 100.5), AC KYMX (Mix 96), Country KNCI and Sports-Talk KHTK-AM.
This transaction, which is expected to close this year either late in the 3rd quarter or early in the 4th quarter, will complete the dispositions required by the U.S. Department of Justice in connection with the Company’s November 2017 merger with CBS Radio, Inc.
