Career Full-Circle For Lori Crofford

• Lori Crofford has joined Townsquare Media Country KATP (101.9 The Bull)/Amarillo, TX as Brand Manager and afternoon personality. She replaces Michael Rivera, who transitioned to the role of Chief Engineer in August. Crofford was most recently working across the street co-hosting mornings for Alpha Media News-Talk KGNC-AM.

The move marks a true radio homecoming for Crofford, who started her career at KATP (formerly Kat Country) in 1997 under Cropper Broadcasting, sold to Clear Channel in 2001, sold to Gap Broadcasting in 2008 and now, Townsquare. She also did middays and later, mornings on AC KMXJ (Mix 94.1), while also serving as Promotions/Events Director for the cluster.

After a brief radio hiatus, Crofford joined Alpha Media Amarillo in January of 2021 as morning co-host of The Chat on KGNC-AM and News Channel 10, while also doing weekends on Country KGNC-FM and Classic Hits KXGL (100.9 The Eagle). Crofford can now be reached at lori.crofford@townsquaremedia.com.
