Carolina & Greg T Exit WKTU/New York

• RAMP has confirmed that iHeartMedia’s WKTU/New York has parted ways with the Carolina With Greg T Morning Show after nearly five years.

It was October of 2019 when Greg T left his 23-year role as a cast member of Elvis Duran & The Morning Show on Z100 and teamed up with Carolina Bermudez on WKTU as her new co-host, succeeding Paul “Cubby” Bryant, who in May had transitioned over to AC sibling WLTW (106.7 Lite FM) to co-host Cubby & Christine In The Morning with Christine Nagy. The move had served as a radio reunion for Greg T and Bermudez, who had earlier co-hosted Duran’s show for seven years until 2012.

In a statement, WKTU Brand Manager Chris Conley told RAMP, “We thank Carolina and Greg T for all their contributions to WKTU and New York and wish both the best as they move forward to the next chapter. Stay tuned to the Beat of New York, WKTU.”
