Charlie Continues To Cook For Cumulus

• Cumulus Media and programming pro Charlie Cook have jointly agreed to apply their signatures to swell new multi-year contract extension to retain Cook’s multi-faceted services as corporate Vice President, Country Formats, Operations Manager of the Cumulus Nashville cluster — WKDF (NASH-FM 103.3), WWTN (SuperTalk 99.7), Sports-Talk WGFX (104.5 The Zone) and Urban AC WQQK (92Q) — and PD of WSM-FM (95.5 NASH Icon).

While waiting for the ink to dry,Mike McVay, EVP of Content & Programming, Cumulus Media and Westwood One, said, “Charlie Cook is not only one of the best known and most successful country programmers in the history of the format, he is a solid and strategic thinking multi-format radio expert. We are excited to continue this partnership with him.”
