Connors Named PD of WLXC/Columbia

• Cumulus has tapped Chris Connors as the new PD of Urban AC WLXC (Kiss 103.1)/Columbia, SC. Connors is more than a little familiar with the inner workings of the Columbia market — he famously spent nearly 20 years across the street as OM/PD of Alpha Media Urban WHXT (Hot 103.9/93.9) and Urban AC WWDM (The Big DM 101) until last May. Earlier in his career Connors programmed WFXC & WFXK/Raleigh and WMMJ/Washington, DC.
