Cumulus Indianapolis Seeks OM/PD
• Cumulus Media Indianapolis is looking for a star Operations Manager/Program Director with strong Country experience to program heritage Country WFMS and also oversee Classic Hits WJJK and recently launched Top 40 WYRG (Energy 93.9).
You will be responsible for leading WFMS to continued market dominance through precise music curation and scheduling; expert coaching of a veteran, winning airstaff (including recently hired afternoon drive star Jack Shell); and development of eye and ear-catching promotions, NTR events/concerts and contests; finding new ways to increase ratings and revenue while ensuring WFMS remains essential to the people of Indianapolis and Central Indiana. Candidates should have at least five years of experience as an OM/PD with a winning ratings history.
