Let’s start with the OM position — the company seeks a dynamic, self-motivated Operations Manager to manage the strategy and execution of the market’s brands — Country KRMD, Hot AC KQHN (Q97.3), Urban KMJJ, Urban AC KVMA (Magic 102.9) and CBS Sports Radio affiliate KRMD-AM (100.7 & 1340 The Ticket). The Operations Manager is ultimately responsible for the quality of the products in the market, and by extension, for protecting the station licenses. Our stations are in a unique position, as it completely mirrors the demographics and social economics of the marketplace.

• The new PD of KRMD must have a strong background and passion for Country music. Energy, enthusiasm and experience within the genre is a must.  You will be responsible for all aspects of programming including; music scheduling, managing on-air staff, imaging, station strategy, developing and executing revenue generating sales & programming promotions, website & social media, digital content and have a strong understanding of the Country core audience.
