Daniels Named VP/Prog., Audacy Cleveland
• Chase Daniels, Brand Manager of Audacy AC WDOK (Star 102) and Hot AC WQAL (Q104)/Cleveland has been elevated to Vice President of Programming for Audacy Cleveland, which also includes Classic Rock WNCX and Sports-Talk WKRK (92.3 The Fan).
The big announcement of Daniels’ upgrade was delivered in a staff memo from SVP/Market Manager Jeff Miller, which states, “I am thrilled to share some exciting news today regarding Chase Daniels. Since arriving in Cleveland almost three years ago, Chase has concentrated on our brands, our execution and our team with hopes of building on the great foundation that was already in place. His relentless focus on being the best, along with consistent coaching and leadership, has led to significant growth for individuals and our four stations… Please join me in congratulating Chase on his well-deserved elevation to VP of Programming for Cleveland.”
Daniels arrived in Cleveland in March 2023, earning the transfer and market boost from the OM post for Audacy Madison, WI. Daniels originally joined Audacy in 2013 as PD of then-sister WNTR/Indianapolis before being promoted to Operations Manager of the Madison group. Daniels’ previous programming roles include WSTR (Star 94)/Atlanta and CMG Top 40 WAPE/Jacksonville.
Miller’s memo continued, “Chase will continue to focus on the overall programming performance for all four of our brands as we head into 2026 and beyond.
