Dave Hill Named SVPP Of iHeart Indy

• iHeartMedia announced that Dave Hill has been named Senior Vice President of Programming for Indianapolis, effective April 1. Hill will also serve as Program Director for Classic Rock WFBQ (Q95) and WOLT (ALT 103.3). The cluster also includes Urban WZRL (Real 98.3) and WNDE (Fox Sports 97.5/AM1260).

Hill earns the transfer from iHeartMedia Classic Rock WBGG (BIG 105.9)/Miami, where he has served as PD since August 2016. Prior to that, he was SVP of Programming for iHeartMedia’s Portland, OR group. Hill notably spent 12 years as Operations Manager of Hearst Television’s WIYY (98Rock) & News-Talk WBAL-AM/Baltimore, and he began his career at WGST/Atlanta.

Hill will report to Earl Jones, Region President for iHeartMedia Kentucky/Indiana and Michael Jordan, Regional SVP of Programming for iHeartMedia Kentucky/Indiana. • Hill succeeds Mike Killabrew, who was recently named Director of Rock Programming for Classic Rock WBIG (BIG 100) and Alternative WWDC (DC101)/Washington.
