Eddie One Named APD/PM @ Cali 93.9
• Meruelo Media’s recently launched KLLI (Cali 93.9)/Los Angeles, #1 for Reggaeton y Mas, continues to add live personalities — the latest addition is DJ Eddie One is now in the house as APD and afternoon drive talent.
Eddie One crosses the street after 14 years with SBS Hispanic Urban KXOL (Mega 96.3), where we are told he consistently led the L.A. market with No. 1 18-34 (Spanish language) afternoon ratings.
Meruelo Media Director of Programming, DJ E-Man said, “We are blessed to have ‘Heavy Hitter’ and market leader DJ Eddie One as our Assistant Program Director and taking over afternoon drive on Cali 93.9.”
DJ Eddie One remarked, “I’m ready to rock afternoons at this exciting new station and bring the party to my new home, Cali 93.9, #1 for Reggaeton y Mas! I’m very excited to officially take on my APD duties and bring my years of artist relations and love of music to Cali 93.9.”
Cali 93.9 just launched its Cali Mornings show, and the station plans to announce a midday host next week.
