‘El Flow’ Expands To Five New Markets

• TelevisaUnivision’s audio platform, Uforia, announced that El Flow de Miami, the highly rated Spanish-language morning show based at WRTO (Mix 98.3)/Miami has been expanded into five new major markets — WVIV (Latino Mix 93.5)/Chicago, KESS/KDXX (Latino Mix 107.9 & 107.1)/Dallas-Ft. Worth, KAMA (Latino Mix 104.9)/Houston, KQMR (Latino Mix 100.3)/Phoenix, and KVVF/KVVZ (Latino Mix 105.7 & 100.5)/San Francisco-San Jose, where it now airs 6-11am regardless of time zone.

The show, now rebranded, simply, as El Flow, is hosted by married couple Santiago “Santi” Franco and Laura “Laurita” Franco, alongside co-host Vicky “La Chama” Van.

“We are really excited about this opportunity,” said Laurita Franco. “At El Flow, we pride ourselves on being authentic, creative and bringing fun to our audience. Miami is a melting pot of cultural diversity and connecting with a new Hispanic audience in five markets, from Florida to California, will further enrich the show’s dynamics. The possibilities are endless.”

Santi Franco commented, “If someone had told me when we started the show that we would expand to cities like Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Phoenix and San Francisco, I wouldn’t have believed it. It’s a dream come true. We feel very grateful and excited for what’s to come.”
