Gentry Upped To Beasley Regional OM

• Beasley Media Group announced that longtime company veteran Tee Gentry, Operations Manager of the company’s seven-station group in Augusta, GA, has been promoted to Regional Operations Manager and has annexed oversight of Beasley’s Fayetteville, NC group to his portfolio. He officially began his new dual-market position on Tuesday, August 25.

In his new role, Gentry will be managing the operations of the company’s Fayetteville cluster, which includes Urban WZFX (Foxy 99), Urban AC WUKS (Old School 107.7 Jamz), Adult Hits WFLB (96.5 Bob FM), WZFX-HD2, Top 40 WAZZ (My Kiss Radio 93.5) and Country WKML. He will continue to run his Augusta group: Country WKXC (Kicks 99); Top 40 WHHD (HD98.3); Classic Hits WDRR (93.9 Bob FM); Southern Gospel WGUS-FM; Classic Hip Hop WCHZ (Hot 95.5/93.1) and News-Talk simulcast WGAC (AM 580/95.1FM).

Gentry has spent majority of his 25-year radio career with Beasley Media Group, serving over 20 years as OM/PD of WKXC/Augusta, GA, followed by a three-year run as OM/PD of sister WQYK/Tampa before returning to Augusta in Dec. 2017.
