Greg Hill Extended At WEEI/Boston
• Audacy Sports-Talk WEEI/Boston announced a multiyear contract extension with Greg Hill, host of The Greg Hill Show alongside morning co-hosts Jermaine Wiggins, Courtney Cox and Chris Curtis, weekdays from 6-10am ET.
“We are thrilled to extend Greg’s contract and keep the momentum going for his award-winning morning show,” said Mike Thomas, SVP/Market Manager, Audacy Boston. “We look forward to having Greg, alongside Jermaine and Courtney, continue to set the tone for our weekday programming and deliver entertaining content for our listeners for the foreseeable future.”
Hill, a native of Stow, MA, is best known for his three-decade run as the host and namesake of The Hill-Man Morning Show on WEEI’s late, legendary rock sister, WAAF/Boston before making the transition to mornings on WEEI in late July 2019. Hill was named the 2022 Marconi Radio Award winner for Major Market Personality of the Year, and we are told that the show’s ratings are up 60% year-over-year and consistently leads Audacy programming across the country in Twitch viewership.
In addition to his work on the radio, Hill and his listeners have been a force in charitable giving — in 2010, Hill launched The Greg Hill Foundation, which thus far has accumulated over $27 million in donations distributed to over 9,000 local families and organizations.
Hill remarked, “I cannot thank Mike Thomas, Mark Hannon and Jeff Sottolano enough for giving me the opportunity to wake up at an inhumane hour every day for many more years.”
