Hillis Upped To APD, Bonneville Denver
• Bonneville Denver announced that Parker Hillis, Executive Producer of Sports-Talk duo KKFN (104.3 The Fan) and KEPN-AM (ESPN Denver 1600) has been elevated to Assistant Program Director for both stations. In his lofty new position, Hillis will now oversee day-to-day responsibilities for both radio stations with all on-air talent now reporting directly to him.
In making the announcement of Hillis’ upgrade, PD Raj Sharan said, “Parker has been critical to the success of our Bonneville Denver sports properties. He’s absolutely earned this opportunity to take on increased responsibilities managing our sports stations on a daily basis.”
Hillis joined the company in April 2019 as Executive Producer after a five-year run with KRLD (105.3 The Fan)/Dallas-Fort Worth. “I’m excited to work with our hosts in a greater capacity on a day-to-day basis,” Hillis said. “The opportunity to lead collaborative efforts among our amazingly talented team is truly an honor.” Hillis will now initiate an interplanetary search to identify and hire his replacement as the stations’ new Executive Producer.
