Jay Styles: Free Agent
• RAMP has learned that major market veteran Jay Styles recently made a major life decision for the good of his family, as he explained in a LinkedIn post: “Before the holidays I resigned from my role as APD/MD/afternoons at KQMV (MOViN 92.5)/Seattle and relocated to Sarasota, FL to be with my kids, because raising kids via FaceTime is no way to live! Radio programmers, I am available to voice track for multiple formats please think of me if you are going that path!”
Styles has been with Hubbard Radio Seattle since Nov. 2021, earning the transfer after a five-year run at AC sister WSHE (SHE 100.3)/Chicago, where he served as MD/afternoon talent. Styles earlier served as MD/afternoons at Entercom Hot AC KAMX (Mix 94.7)/Austin, a stint at CBS Radio’s former WSJT (Play 98.7)/Tampa and APD/MD/air talent at ZFZZ (Z99)/Grand Cayman. His earlier career stops include the late, legendary WABB/Mobile, WPXY/Rochester and WAPE/Jacksonville.
