Justice Is Served In Duluth

J.D. Justice has been named as the new Brand Manager and morning co-host for Midwest Communications’ 100kw Country blowtorch, KTCO (Kat Country 98.9)/Duluth, MN. He replaces Justin Henrickson, who recently resigned the position to move his family to Washington State.

For Justice, the new gig means a return to his home state of Minnesota from his current gig as PD and morning host at Trending Media Country KXIA/Marshalltown, IA.

In making the announcement, Shawn Skramstad, Market Manager of Midwest Communications Duluth commented, “We are very excited to have a person of J.D.’s caliber join us in Duluth. J.D.’s experience and enthusiasm will really be a game-changer for KTCO and raise the stakes as Country radio here in the Twin Ports heats up.” A visibly thrilled Justice remarked, “I’m thrilled to join Shawn Skramstad and his staff at KTCO. His long-term success in Duluth speaks for itself and his knowledge, coupled with the tools provided by Midwest Communications will be a solid benefit.”

Justice officially starts next Monday, July 15 and will team up with current morning talent Brooke, a.k.a. “Brookie the Rookie.”
