KFI/Los Angeles Reveals More Stimulating Lineup
• iHeartMedia’s KFI AM 640/Los Angeles announced a revised weekday lineup — beginning Tuesday, Feb. 17, John Kobylt moves to afternoon drive, a daypart he commanded for years as part of the legendary John & Ken Show. Tim Conway, Jr. will take over the evening slot from 6-10pm, bringing back his popular evening talk show, and Chris Merrill and Michael Monks will team up in middays for the debut of the new Monks & Merrill Show.
Chris Merrill is a familiar voice to the KFI audience, having worked at the station as a host and in various roles for years, while Michael Monks has gained notoriety as an award-winning senior reporter/host for KFI News.
