Klug Named PD of 97.3 The Fan/San Diego

• Entercom announced the appointment of Adam Klug as the inaugural Program Director of Sports-Talk KWFN (97.3 The Fan)/San Diego and the San Diego Padres Radio Network, effective June 11.

Klug relocates to beautiful San Diego from CBS Sports Radio in New York, where he was a producer for national radio and TV hosts, Bill Reiter and Doug Gottlieb. Prior to that, he spent two years with ESPN Radio.

“97.3 The Fan is thrilled to welcome Adam,” said Bob Bolinger, SVP/Market Manager of Entercom San Diego. “His extensive career in sports radio will strengthen the team and help us continue to provide engaging content to the San Diego community.”

Klug commented, “I’m eager to take the next step in my radio career and help build The Fan into the best sports radio station in San Diego. I’m also looking forward to get to know the city.”
