KXTE/Las Vegas Trades Alt For ‘Hot Talk’

• Beasley Media Group has flipped KXTE/Las Vegas from Alternative to “Hot Talk,” resurrecting the station’s former X-107.5/Xtreme Radio handle. The switch happened Monday, Dec. 19 at 12:01am PT. The new format will have an emphasis on topical male “Guy talk” content, with Alternative music heard throughout the fabric of the station, including weekends.

Here is the station’s weekly prime-time lineup – 3-6am: Dave & Chuck The Freak (based at sister WRIF/Detroit and syndicated by Key Networks; 6-10am: Longtime KXTE morning personalities Dave and Mahoney; 10am-3pm: the syndicated Free Beer and Hot Wings; 3-7pm: Dave and Chuck The Freak.
