Ladies & Gentlemen… Gemini Networks

A: Gemini Networks, which will reach more than 200 million consumers each month.
As Gemini Networks continues to expand its portfolio across podcasting, YouTube and digital entertainment, the company is extending its brand to encompass the programming and services historically associated with United Stations. Going forward, United Stations Radio Networks will no longer operate as a separate brand, with its programming and services becoming part of the broader Gemini Networks offering. The move brings together national radio programming and services with Gemini XIII’s digital-first approach to content, distribution and monetization.
“Gemini Networks will now have offerings and capabilities operating under one management team which will span across podcasting, streaming, broadcast radio, YouTube and social media,” said Charles Steinhauer, President & COO of Gemini Networks. “There’s a real opportunity for our programming, talent and advertising partners to leverage these assets together in a complementary fashion.”
For existing customers and partners of United Stations, the transition will be seamless. There will be no changes to the day-to-day operations of existing programming or services, and current relationships, programming and support will continue without interruption.
Key-United will remain as a joint sales venture with Key Networks and will continue to serve its existing clients and partners while gaining access to the company’s broader portfolio of podcast, YouTube and digital programming with expanded opportunities for cross-platform advertising and sponsorship.
