LoriAnn Returns To The Rock

• It’s a radio homecoming of sorts at Durham Radio Rock CKGE (94.9 The Rock)/Toronto, as MD/midday personality Bob Willette announces his departure after 3 1/2 years for a mysterious new destination TBA. Interestingly, it didn’t take PD Doug Elliott more than, like, 11 seconds to appoint Willette’s successor — say hello (again) to the talented Ms. LoriAnn Villani, who reclaims her former position at The Rock! Luckily for everyone involved, LoriAnn has been back in the building for the past two years doing weekends, so she was fairly easy to locate.

As Elliott explains to RAMP, “The funny thing is, when LoriAnn left the Rock a few years ago, she recommended Willette for the job, and now the favor has been reciprocated.”
