Mayurnik Named PD Of CBS Sports Radio

• Entercom has elevated David Mayurnik to Program Director of CBS Sports Radio. He reports to Mark Chernoff, Senior Vice President overseeing CBS Sports Radio Network and Sports-Talk WFAN/New York.

In making the announcement, Susan Larkin, Entercom Regional President and Market Manager, said, “I’m confident in David’s ability to lead CBS Sports Radio’s programming efforts. As the leader in sports radio coverage nationally and in New York, I’m certain that Mark, David and the team will continue to provide listeners with top-tier sports content every day.”

Mayurnik joined CBS Sports Radio at its inception in 2013 as Executive Producer. Before that he was a producer for the Yankees Radio Network as well as Newsroom Operations Manager for sister station WCBS 880/New York from 2005 to 2012. Mayurnik began his radio career at WFAN in 2000.
