MD Needed At WKLB/Boston!

We are pleased to report that David Corey is firmly back in Boston and already hard at work as the new PD of Beasley Country WKLB (Country 102.5). One of Corey’s first priorities is to locate and hire a skilled Music Director who can implement the day-to-day music and imaging sound of the station. “I’m looking for the best Country Music Director out there,” Corey tells RAMP. “WKLB is a really great place to be… take it from me. And there is no better place to live than Boston. I’m looking for someone to round out the amazing team here.”

WKLB is looking for a team member who: 1) Is a super passionate Country music fan and lives and breathes the format; 2) Has 3-5 years of music scheduling experience (Using RCS Selector and/or G-Selector); 3) Can juggle multiple duties, projects and deadlines; 4) Can help create and execute exciting music experiences for listeners; 5) Has fun working in a team environment; 6) Can follow and execute a strategic plan; 7) Has strong relationships within the Country music industry; 8) Has production experience with AudioVault, Sound Forge and/or Adobe Audition and 9) Can fill in on-air when needed. Needless to say, this is not an entry-level position.
