Monday: Moving Day For Maney & LauRen

• Beasley makes it official and announces that Classic Hits WKQC (K104.7)/Charlotte will become the new radio home of the Maney & LauRen Morning Show, beginning Monday, Sept. 21. They will succeed market icon Jack Daniel, whose previously announced retirement begins Friday.

For over a decade, the popular morning show has dominated the Charlotte market on Top 40 sister WNKS (KISS 95.1). However, with Beasley’s pending Asset Purchase Agreement to sell the station to Christian broadcaster K-LOVE, Inc. expected to close by the end of September, Maney, LauRen and their Producer, Big Al, will unplug and cross the hall to K104.7. They will do their final show on KISS 95.1 today.
