RadioAnimal Media Strategies is pleased to announce the addition of veteran programmer Rob Morris to its consulting team! Morris (left) joins RadioAnimal President Dom Theodore (center) and fellow programmer Kid Kelly (right) as RadioAnimal expands into Country and international consulting.

Theodore said, “Rob is one of the absolute best programmers and talent coaches in the country, and I’m thrilled to reunite with him to take on additional consulting opportunities in Country radio, along with our existing expertise in CHR, News-Talk, Urban, Rhythmic, Rhythmic AC, Urban AC and Classic Hits formats. Rob is a friend of many years, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to work together again as we expand and grow into new areas.”

Morris was most recently VP of Programming for Entercom/CBS Radio in Tampa (WQYK & WRBQ) and Miami (WKIS & WPOW). He’s probably best known for his long tenure as PD of iHeartMedia Top 40 KDWB/Minneapolis before launching crosstown Country KMNB (BUZN @ 1029) for CBS Radio in 2011. “I’m very excited to be a part of the Radio Animal team,” said Morris. “Dom is not only an incredible professional but a great friend as well. I look forward to the future and see incredible opportunities on the horizon for the radio, audio industry and for RadioAnimal. There are exciting times ahead for us as we work to create not only new and exciting programming and content ideas but also in working with companies and personalities to help realize both their ratings and revenue potential in a multitude of formats.”

Theodore added, “Rob’s extensive track record in Country and CHR radio includes stops in Columbus and Cleveland, as well as regional programming duties for Clear Channel. Kid Kelly continues to be available to work with international clients for Radio Animal. Rob and I will continue to expand our U.S. operation, and Kid Kelly is ready to take on international clients in any format as well.” Radio Hall of Famer Kid Kelly was most recently VP of Programming at SiriusXM, and the longtime Operations Manager of Z100/New York.
