NASH-FM/NY Now New York’s Country 94-7

UPDATED: The station known as the forbearer of Cumulus Media’s NASH Country branding has now been rebranded — Entercom announced that its recently acquired WNSH (NASH FM 94.7)/New York will henceforth be known as New York’s Country 94-7, effective immediately.

No other changes are expected, and the station will continue to provide the Big Apple with Country hits from artists like Jason Aldean, Florida Georgia Line, Maren Morris, Luke Bryan, Carrie Underwood, Luke Combs, Sam Hunt, Lady Antebellum, etc.

“New Yorkers have a strong appetite for Country music and we’re excited to continue to deliver the greatest country hits with the rebrand of New York’s Country 94-7,” said Susan Larkin, Regional President and Market Manager, Entercom New York. “We have a great team and programming in place and look forward to remaining Country’s home on the biggest stage in America.”

As we reported back in February, Cumulus traded WNSH, along with WMAS & WHLL/Springfield, MA to Entercom in exchange for its three-station cluster in Indianapolis — Top 40 WZPL, AC WNTR (107.9 The Mix) and CBS Sports affiliate WXNT-AM.
