New Year, New Gig For Thomas

• RAMP has learned that Rick Thomas is stepping down from his position as VP of Programming and Operations for Max Media Rhythmic Oldies KJHM (Jammin’ 101.5) and Rhythmic KFCO (FLO 107.1)/Denver, effective at the end of the year. We understand that Thomas has another opportunity in the pipeline and will be revealing that destination in the first quarter of 2021.

Thomas joined Max Media Denver in August 2019, coming off a stint as Operations Manager for Cox Media Group in Tampa. His extensive programming portfolio also includes former CBS Radio Top 40 WBMP (92.3 AMP Radio)/New York, KRTH (K-Earth 101) & KTWV (94.7 The Wave)/Los Angeles, KYLD (Wild 94.1)/San Francisco, KSFM/Sacramento and XHRM (Magic 92.5)/San Diego, plus three (!) programming tours of duty at XHTZ (Z90.3)/San Diego. That journey also includes multiple programming stints in Hawaii, including a four-year run with Ohana Broadcasting. Watch this space for further details.
