Now Entering Peoria: Fritz Moser

• Longtime Indiana radio pro Fritz Moser has made a daring daylight border crossing into neighboring Illinois to join Midwest Communications as OM of the company’s seven-station Peoria group and Brand Manager of Country WXCL (104.9 The Wolf) and Classic Hits WPBG (93.3 The Drive).

Moser had spent the past few years as VP/GM of Reising Radio Partners’ radio stations in Columbus, IN, but he’s most well known for his lengthy run in Indianapolis, including nine years as PD of Emmis Country WLHK (97.1 Hank FM).

Moser’s extensive history in the Indianapolis market also includes a decade in various roles with the Susquehanna/Cumulus cluster, preceded by three years as APD/MD at WZPL, and two years as Programming Asst./air talent at WFMS.
