Now Playing It All: Frank FM
• Coxswain Media makes a format adjustment at its Cape Cod Classic Hits station, WFRQ (93.5/94.7 Frank FM)/Harwichport, MA, twisting the musical dial over to Adult Hits.
“We’re ditching the old playbook and playing hits from the 1960s all the way up to today. That means you’ll hear everything from rock and country to R&B, hip hop and pop, plus all those songs that bring back fond memories,” said Steve McVie, Director of Programming & Operations and midday talent on Frank FM. He added, “‘Frank plays it all’ means exactly that. We’re mixing music from every kind of genre, from every decade between the ’60s and today. It’s like having a playlist with a thousand of your favorite songs all in one spot. That’s Frank!”
Concurrent with the format change, RAMP has confirmed that PM driver Rob Walker and night jock Billy Teed have swapped shifts, with Walker now the station voice.
