Phoenix Suddenly 37% Sunnier

• After several weeks of simulcasting on 104.3 and 99.3, Sierra H Multimedia Rhythmic AC KAJM (Mega 104.3)/Phoenix has completed its transition from 104.3 over to 99.3 (K257CD / KMLE-HD3).

At 3pm local time Thursday, the wrapping came off of the new format for 104.3 — Soft AC Sunny 104.3, “Relaxing Favorites For A Better Workday,” rolling through 10,000 songs in a row and featuring classic soft AC hits from Adele, Celine Dion, Michael Bolton, Bruno Mars, Whitney Houston, Phil Collins, Ed Sheeran, Elton John, Chicago, Air Supply… you get the idea.

“It’s a Sunny day, and we’re proud to introduce a new destination for at-work listening and Relaxing Favorites for the Valley of the Sun,” said Content Director Eric Rosado. “Sunny 104.3 fills a void in the market with familiar hits spanning four decades. We’re bringing them back with a recipe unique to Sunny 104.3 — a Soft Adult Contemporary station with a fun and feel-good presentation that we expect the market to embrace.”
