Prime PD Opening: KCFX/Kansas City

• Cumulus Kansas City is seeking an experienced Program Director to grabs the reins at legendary Classic Rock KCFX (101 The Fox), as RAMP has learned that Dave Hill is leaving the industry.

Multi-format experience would be a plus, as well as an exceptional track record of success in Classic Rock in a PPM market. Not surprisingly, the position also requires someone with exceptional leadership and talent coaching skills, along with strong social and digital abilities and a proven proficiency with research and music scheduling. You should also bring a deep knowledge of Classic Rock music, pop culture and current events and how they relate to the station’s target demo. Oh, and this position may also include an on-air shift, so bring headphones.
