PTP Executive Action

Point-To-Point Marketing (PTP) celebrates its 25th anniversary this month, and along with that impressive milestone comes two key executive promotions — Susan Bacich is elevated to EVP/Strategy & Audience Insights and Tim Satterfield rises to EVP/Digital.

“Susan and Tim are true partners to our clients,” said Point-To-Point CEO Tim Bronsil. “Working with diverse brands and programs requires a unique marketing approach for every situation. Susan and Tim develop the best roadmap for success and consistently reflect and adjust with our clients to maximize the investment in audience generation. They make all of us better at what we do, and I’m thrilled to work with them every day.”

Formed during the summer of 1998 by Mark Heiden and Rick Torcasso, PTP gained a reputation for having the best strategies, quality, and experience. The company quickly attracted partnerships with the biggest radio brands in all market sizes. As technology evolved, so did Point-to-Point’s product offerings and brand associations. With social and digital marketing now representing over 50% of the business, PTP has expanded into promoting national shows as well as a deep catalog of well-known podcasts while still working with individual radio stations and clusters to drive ratings and revenue.

Heiden retired in mid-2021 and Torcasso followed later that year. One of their last exercises before retirement was to revisit PTP’s character words: Quality, Genuine, Trusted, Helpful, Confident, Knowledgeable, Approachable, and Proactive. Those words rang true then and will continue to be Point-To-Point’s guiding principles for the next 25 years.
