Rambo Rolls Into Fredericksburg

• Connoisseur Media has named veteran programmer Ian Rambo as Operations Manager for its four-station Fredericksburg, VA radio group — Country 93.3 WFLS, Top 40 WVBX (Live 99.3), Classic Rock WWUZ (96.9 The Rock), and News-Talk-Sports WNTX-1350 AM. He will also host mornings on WFLS, reinforcing the station’s commitment to live, local programming.

Rambo joins Connoisseur Media following more than a decade of programming in the Midwest, most recently served as Operations Manager for Riverfront Broadcasting in Rapid City, SD, overseeing six stations, and  helping to lead Classic Hits KQRQ-FM to the 2024 NAB Marconi Award for Small Market Station of the Year.

Before that, Rambo worked for Haugo Broadcasting in Rapid City, where he rose to Operations Manager over four stations. Rambo earlier held programming, promotions, and on-air roles with Cumulus in Topeka, KS, and Great Plains Media in Lawrence, KS.
