Roddy Named Audacy RVP/West Coast Country

• Audacy has elevated Scotty Roddy to Regional Vice President of West Coast Country Programming, giving him operational oversight of WDAF (106.5 The Wolf)/Kansas City, KMLE (Country 107.9)/Phoenix, KFRG (K-Frog)/Riverside and KKWF (100.7 The Wolf)/Seattle.

Roddy will remain Brand Manager of KWJJ (99.5 The Wolf)/Portland and also annex Brand Manager responsibilities for 103.7 KSON/San Diego, a spot that was formally occupied by Kevin Callahan until his departure last fall.

“Scott has proven leadership skills with extensive experience growing some of our leading Country brands alongside our leadership team,” said Tim Roberts, Audacy Country Format Vice President. “We’re very excited for him to take this next step in his career and continue elevating our Country portfolio.”

Roddy has had a lifelong passion for audio, and earned his FCC license on his 14th birthday. The CMA & ACM Award-winning programmer joined Audacy Portland in Oct. 2019 as OM/PD of Country KWJJ (99.5 The Wolf)and Hot AC KRSK (105.1 The Buzz), coming off a three-year stint as Brand Content Director of Hubbard Country WIL-FM & Adult Hits WARH (106.5 The Arch)/St. Louis. Roddy previously programmed WNTR & WXNT/Indianapolis, and lead Saga’s Cascade Radio Group cluster in Bellingham, WA. Earlier in his career he worked for Oasis Radio Group Ft. Wayne, IN and spent a decade with Susquehanna in Indianapolis.
