Scott Lindy Exits Cumulus Media
• RAMP has confirmed that Scott Lindy has departed Cumulus Media, where he had served the dual role of Corporate PD and PD of Country WKHX (Kicks 101.5)/Atlanta. We understand an announcement is scheduled for Monday.
Lindy (left) joined Cumulus in May 2015 as PD of Country WFMS/Indianapolis and earned the corporate transfer to Atlanta in October of the same year.
Lindy previously spent five years as OM of Lincoln Financial Media’s WSTR (Star 94) & WQXI (ESPN 790 The Zone)/Atlanta. Prior to joining LFM in October of 2010, Lindy was Director of Operations for Clear Channel’s Atlanta cluster. Earlier in his career Lindy was Sr. Director of Country Programming for SiriusXM and he programmed WPOC/Baltimore from 1997-2002. Looking ahead, Lindy can be contacted at lindyradio@comcast.net.
